What We Do to Keep Kids Safe
• All staff and volunteers pass thorough background checks
• Staff are trained in first aid, trauma informed care, mandated reporting, and emergency procedures
• Clubs maintain strict sign in and sign out policies
• We partner closely with local schools, law enforcement, and child protection agencies
• Safety audits and site inspections are conducted regularly
• Youth are encouraged to speak up and are taught to identify safe and unsafe behavior
